SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
I'm based in the UK & my prints are available for international shipping.

Prints are made to order and shipped directly from my printing partner. They are UK-based, but operate in several countries (including UK, US & Australia), so your order will be dispatched from the one nearest to you. They aim to dispatch the print within 72hours. Smaller prints are sent using sturdy cardboard envelopes, while larger (over 20cm, or A4) might be sent in special tubes. Each packaging option is plastic-free and designed to best protect the artwork in transit.

If there's a delay or your package is missing, please get in touch with me and I can enquire about your package on your behalf. Please note that I cannot amend incorrect shipping information once the order is being processed, so please make sure you check the delivery address carefully.
Return & Exchange Policy
As each order is processed immediately, cancellation is not possible. If there's a mistake in shipping address or size required, I can try to cancel the order but sadly only partial refund (excluding the cost of printing) can be issued. Please order carefully.

If you'd like to return or exchange your print please send me an email so I can help you further. Similarly, if you received incorrect or faulty item, let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange a refund or exchange. Please get in touch with me prior to sending the artwork back, as I might not be able to help otherwise. Photo proof might be required to claim refund.
